TWD - Brioche Plum Tart

I tried, really I did. The brioche was fantastic too - easiest brioche dough to make. I couldn't find decent plums at the store, and instead of going with my first instict, cherries, I tried peaches. Organic peaches, but ones shipped in from California. They were just okay.
Next time, and there will be a next time, probably tomorrow, I will use cherries. In fact, I may head to the store tonight to get them. Oh, and make my dough tonight and let it rest overnight.
So watch for round two. It will be better, I promise!
